Malaysia to stop building coal plants from 2040

The first four players are in the world's top 10. Carlsen and Duda qualified for the tournament by default as they are first and second on the overall CCT standing. Aronian and Praggnanandhaa made it to the finals of the most recent two regular CCT tournaments (Chessable Masters and FTX Road to Miami), qualifying them for FTX Crypto Cup. Vietnamese women’s team falls one spot in FIFA rankings
Due to the team’s poor performance at the recent 2022 AFF Women's Championship, the team was relegated to 33rd spot scoring 1,644 points, The Voice of Vietnam (VOV) cited the source as saying. Despite this drop, the Vietnamese women’s national side maintains their top position in Southeast Asia, followed by Thailand with 1,555 points and Myanmar with 1,518 points. In Asia as a whole, Vietnam finished sixth, trailing behind powerhouses such as the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Japan, Australia, and China. Elsewhere, the United States retained top spot globally, followed by Germany in second and Sweden in third. England moved into fourth, while France dropped to fifth to complete the top five. With the new position, the VNU stood 183rd in Asia and 14th in Southeast Asia, according to the rankings issued by the Cybermetrics Lab of the Spanish National Research Council on August 7. The Webometrics list, published twice a year, assesses the digitization capacity and impact of higher education institutions’ academic resources basing on the volume of the website content, the visibility and impact of their website publications, the openness of academic resources on Google Scholar, and the number of citations they received on the Scopus database. To the VNU, the jump from the 1316th position in the January rankings to the 656th in terms of visibility indicates the broaden scope of influence of its online resources and website on not only the academic community of Vietnam and the world but also the society. The Senate was set to debate the bill for up to 20 hours before diving into an arduous, time-consuming amendment process called a "vote-a-rama." Democrats and Republicans were poised to reject each other's amendments, as Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer maneuvered to keep a his 50-member caucus united behind a bill that was negotiated over several months. If even one Democrat were to peel off, the entire effort would be doomed in the evenly split 50-50 Senate.
