This decree provides interest rate support for loans in Vietnamese dong arising from lending activities of commercial banks to customers that are enterprises, co-operatives and business households according to Resolution 43/2022/QH15 dated January 11 of the National Assembly and Resolution 11/NQ-CP dated January 30 of the Government. At the 31st SEA Games, the men's football teams in Group B - Malaysia, Laos, Thailand, Singapore and Cambodia – stayed at the Nam Cuong hotel in Nam Dinh Province, just two km from the Thien Truong Stadium. The hotel's kitchen had to serve the five teams with special nutritional requirements keeping in mind their religious faiths and preferences. Nguyen Van Chien, the hotel's manager, said that the three main meals for the teams were served as a buffet of 60-70 dishes. For example, the Indonesian team wanted masala fried eggs, which the team leader said suited the nutritional needs of the players. Some of the Indonesian players were Muslims who don’t eat pork, so their meals had to be adjusted accordingly. For the Thai team, the hotel’s chefs served stir-fried noodles with special spices. Before the meal, the Thai team sent a player to the kitchen to provide guidance and instructions. Tran Duc Phan, head of the Vietnamese sports delegation at SEA Games 31, said Monday that the most impressive thing about the event this year was the support of the people. "Stadiums were chock-full of people. Many stadiums couldn’t allow more people in as they were overloaded. The camp will be hosted by the standing board of the Union of Vietnamese Youth and Student in Europe and the Vietnam Youth and Student Association after a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Vietnam impresses regional sports delegations and visitors who felt nothing but warmth, friendship, and hospitality. Vietnam has helped raise the level of the Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) by including Olympic and Asian Games (ASIAD) sports in the competition program. SEA Games 31 closing ceremony: the warmest and dearest farewell from Vietnam
The 90-minute closing ceremony of the 31st Southeast Asian Games ís a warm farewell from the host country to regional friends. SEA Games 31 officially came to a close at the My Dinh Indoor Athletics Arena in Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi on May 23.
