Hanoi is scheduled to pilot a real-time reporting system in the third quarter of this year, as the city looks to further enhance transparency and efficiency in state governance. When experiencing a high body temperature, the most typical early symptom of dengue fever, most patients had chosen to be treated at home, said Quang.
