Vietnam Silicon Valley Accelerator's Demo Day 2018 provides platform for startups to promote their ideas among investors. Vietnamese startups expect to attract more investors this year, Demo Day 2018, held by Vietnam Silicon Valley Accelerator (VSV Accelerator) in Hanoi on February 1, heard. Ms. Tran Thanh Huyen, Co-founder of the startup True Juice, told VET she wants to attract potential investors interested in her business model. True Juice supplies fresh vegetable juice and fruit juice to customers with new recipes and new methods that ensure maximum nutrition. As one of the specialties of autumn, ripe pomelo which can made into many tasty dishes to make this time of year sweeter and scented. If the southern people drink pomelo juice, the northern folks make it a salad that they call goi buoi (pomelo salad). The sweet and sour pomelo is mixed with the fragrance of fried onion and the sweetness of meat and shrimp. Goi buoi is easy to be found in fast food areas in some restaurants in Hanoi. Eat-all smoothie shop Phan Diem By Phan Diem - The Saigon Times Daily A juice and smoothie shop in HCMC has introduced an interesting way of enjoying its drinks. Healthy beverages are served in an edible jelly glass, which is created by Vo Thi Tuong Vy, the owner of Saigon Juice shop on To Hien Thanh Street in District 10. At first, Vy managed to test sell about 30 glasses a day but surprisingly, the number of guests ordering this beverage has since increased rapidly. “Saigon Juice now serves 90-100 jelly glasses of smoothies a day, yet demand keeps rising,” said Vy. It took Vy two months to create the recipe for this jelly glass. She tried different vegetables to choose different colors for glasses. The main ingredients to color glasses include beetroot for red, pandan leaf for green and coconut milk for white. Situated on the banks of the Rau Ram canal about eight kilometers from Ninh Kieu District in Can Tho City, lo hu tieu Sau Hoai (Sau Hoai's rice noodle factory) has recently been added to the itineraries of many tourists.
