At the launching ceremony on March 13, Vietnamese Ambassador to France and Andorra Nguyen Thiep handed over the decision of Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh to appoint Olivier Montel Monteret as the honorary consul of Vietnam in Andorra. National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan meets Honorary Consul General of Vietnam in Busan-Gyeongnam region Park Soo-kwan The top Vietnamese legislator said her ongoing official visit to the RoK is designed to continue deepening the bilateral strategic partnership in multiple fields for the benefits of the two peoples.
