In pre-pandemic Vietnam, according to the statistics published by the Institute of Mental Health under the Hanoi-based Bach Mai Hospital, 30 per cent of the population was diagnosed with various mental health issues, while 25 per cent was related to depression and 15 per cent were caused by stress disorders. Despite close to one in three people being aware of their conditions, only a few sought medical attention. Vietnam to solidify macro-economic stability: PM

Approximately 60 percent of respondents predict that Vietnam's economy will stabilize or improve in the third quarter of 2022, while this figure was 69 percent the previous quarter. Northern Vietnam hit by massive power outages
Around 1 p.m., power went out in Hanoi’s inner districts like Ba Dinh, Cau Giay, Nam Tu Liem, Hai Ba Trung, and Hoang Mai. Nghia, manager of an office building in the Cau Giay District, stated that the power was restored after about 30 minutes. However the voltage spiked to more than 240 kilovolts (kV), causing some electrical equipment to be damaged. The damage is being assessed by building management. An employee of a media company in Hai Ba Trung District reported that while eating lunch at the office, power suddenly went out then came back on and then went out again. The loss of power recurred 10-15 minutes, causing many company equipment to be "turned on and off multiple times." Hanoi University of Science and Technology, located in Hai Ba Trung District, had to announce that "the entire school lost power due to a power grid failure in the city. Three people drown at Tri An reservoir
Three people have drowned at Tri An hydropower reservoir in the southern province of Dong Nai. According to the initial information, the three aged between 10 and 18 came to the reservoir to swim on Sunday afternoon. One of the victims found The local rescue force reached the scene after being informed and by 5:30 pm on the same day had found the bodies of all three in the reservoir. The victims are a 17-year-old woman, an 18-year-old man and a 10-year-old boy. The cause of the deaths is still under investigation. Vietnam repors 685 more Covid-19 infections on Monday
