With the aim to support businesses to tackle the tax audit issues, on June 14, RSM Vietnam held the webinar RSM Tax Inspection 2022 to assist enterprises in successfully managing tax inspections. The tax adjustments resulting from tax audits have declined as compared to the same period in 2021. Meanwhile, only 15 per cent of tax inspections have been completed according to the year’s plan. He added that due to the low number of tax audits in early 2022, the tax authorities would be likely to increase inspection in the second half of this year. Therefore, … [Read more...] about What businesses should prepare for the tax inspection

New antibody therapies fight cancer, drum up investment

June 23, 2022 by tuoitrenews.vn Leave a Comment

Antibody therapies are offering promising treatment breakthroughs for cancer and other illnesses, generating greater investor interest more than 20 years after they were first commercialised. Antibodies are proteins that recognise foreign substances, known as antigens, attaching themselves to them to alert the rest of the human immune system. Dozens of synthetic antibodies have since been developed. New antibody treatments to be used with chemotherapy have arrived on the scene in recent years. Most recently, a clinical trial of an antibody developed by pharmaceutical groups Daiichi Sankyo and AstraZeneca caught the attention of leading cancer specialists gathered at the American Society of Clinical Oncology's annual congress in Chicago this month. On February 6, Vietnam defeated Chinese Taipei 2-1 in the Women’s Asian Cup playoffs to attend the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 for the first time. FIFA praises the Vietnam team. The opening goal from Chuong Thi Kieu at the 6th minute and Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy’s goal at the 56th minute increased the Vietnamese team’s lead in the match that Vietnam enjoyed the bulk of the possession (61%) and put pressure early on Chinese Taipei. Vietnam played for the most part of the game in the belting sun and humidity in Mumbai, India. “An aggressive Vietnam side left little room for Taipei to relax in a physically and vocally charged encounter that found players constantly reaching for a wet towel to deal with the conditions,” The Hindu reported. “Vietnam were undaunted and pushed forward with their positive play rewarded … [Read more...] about Vietnam book place in Women World Cup for first time
