More than 100 Access students, teachers, and US Embassy and Consulate staff from Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia gathered in Quang Binh for a five-day Access Regional Summit focused on learning, team building, and service. Participants at the programme Hosted by Quang Binh University from June 21-25, the Summit encouraged students and teachers to develop plans for community service projects in their home communities and to share their work through social media. Speaking at the conclusion of the Summit, Chargé d’Affaires Marie C. Damour noted the commitment and compassion of the Access program teachers in the region as they guide their students to be thoughtful and active members of society. Five talents were revealed at the final of the football talent recruitment tournament hosted by Red Bull and HAGL FC Through the event, the young gifted footballers got the chance to show off their talent and passion, approach professional vocations, unleash positivity, and ignite their inner strength. Michael Piro, CEO of Wink Hotels, said that after the first Wink hotel with 237 rooms opened in HCM City early last year, the second hotel is expected to open in November this year in the central Da Nang City with 243 rooms. There will be another Wink hotel expected to welcome visitors next summer in this coastal city. In Ha Noi, two hotels will be built on Thuy Khue and Pham Hung streets as well as others in Phu Yen, Can Tho and Hai Phong.
