Ha Noi Cinematheque is hosting a special Viet Nam on Film summer festival featuring the best of the country’s movies and foreign films on Viet Nam. The films cover a broad range of periods and styles, from classic Vietnamese feature films to modern French documentaries, to recent shorts by film students. One of the most classic Vietnamese movies to be shown is 17th Parallel Days & Nights directed by Nguyen Hai Ninh in 1972.
