The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in HCMC holds a meeting on the preparation of the new school year 2022-2023 Speaking at the meeting this morning held by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in HCMC on the preparation of the new school year 2022-2023, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, announced the results of parents ideas in an online survey. Vietnamese and Cambodian navies to foster coordination
In the morning, the delegations of the two navies held the 16th meeting on joint patrols under the co-chair of Deputy Chief of Staff of the Vietnam People’s Navy Rear Admiral Pham Van Hung and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Royal Cambodian Navy Vice Admiral Non Sophat. Reports at the event revealed that from December, 2021 to August, 2022, the naval forces of the two countries conducted three joint patrols. Since Vietnam officially declared the COVID-19 pandemic under control earlier this year, foreign enclaves in Ho Chi Minh City have, once again, begun to bustle, with old stores resuming their operations and new shops opening every day in commercial spaces that sat unoccupied for months on end. Once Vietnam dropped its on-arrival COVID-19 testing requirement for foreign travelers and reopened its international air routes in mid-May, the number of foreigners entering the country began to increase, paving the way for foreign enclaves in Ho Chi Minh City to return to their pre-pandemic life.
