VietNamNet Bridge - According to statistics, the number of unemployed people who have college and master’s degrees in Vietnam this year increased by about 16,000 over the same period in 2014. On July 20 the Institute of Labor and Social Science released its updated bulletin on the labor market in the first quarter 2015. The bulletin recorded the increase unemployment and underemployment rates in the country. Accordingly, in the first three months, Vietnam had more than 1.1 million unemployed people, an increase of 114,000 people over the same period of 2014. The number of jobless people who hold college and higher degrees rose from over 162,000 to nearly 178,000 people.
