An 18-year-old white gunman shot 10 people to death and wounded three on Saturday at a grocery store in a Black neighborhood of upstate New York, before surrendering after what authorities called an act of "racially motivated violent extremism." At the Tuesday opening ceremony of the association, which falls under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Tran Van Tung, deputy minister of Science and Technology, said that among the top 200 blockchain companies around the world, seven were founded by Vietnamese.
