Atelier for children Q: Coming back to Vietnam, you have not created ‘monumental’ art works, but you quietly opened art classes for children. Why? A: Children are very creative and it is very easy for them to access the latest trends. Making art with children is an interaction. However, parents have not paid much attention to their children studying arts. Q: What is the difference between Ti Toay Atelier and other arts centres for children? A: Ti Toay Atelier operates as a real arts workshop and we consider children artists. I see today’s parents only focus on cramming knowledge into children’s mind while ignoring their spiritual lives as well as dreams. I have built a special curriculum with five main programmes divided into different age groups (3-5 years old and 5-15 years old) and art forms (including visual arts, applied arts and media arts). In addition to painting and colouring on common papers during the programmes, children can try other practices … [Read more...] about Nhandan Newspaper – Visual artist Nguyen Thuy Trang: I want to promote children’s dream

Every time I come back to Vietnam, I recognize that the Vietnamese musicians are growing up to be more and more mature. And the … [Read more...] about ‘I want to share experiences with Vietnamese musicians’: Danish conductor
