SEA Games 31: Vietnamese fencers win gold for third consecutive day

Vietnam’s economic recovery gaining momentum

AEON Mall wants to invest in four more projects in Hanoi

Hanoi athletes’ sublime performances win gold medals in dancesport
Four athletes win five of the total six gold medals in the dancesport competition at SEA Games 31. Far exceeding expectations of three gold medals, the Vietnam dancesport team won five out of the six gold medals at the biggest sports event in the Southeast Asia region. At the competition on May 15 at the Long Bien Gymnasium in Hanoi, the Vietnamese dancers vied in the categories of Samba, Cha cha cha, Rumba, Paso doble, Jive, and five Latin dances. Hanoian dance couple Nguyen Trung Kien and Pham Hong Anh won the Samba dance event. They also competed in Cha Cha Cha and Rumba events and with high scores, the dancers won gold medals in Rumba. Two British tourists die from traffic accident in Hoi An City
The scene where two British tourists get accident this morning. According to initial information, the traffic accident occurred in front of a house at 208 Hung Vuong Street, Thanh Ha Ward, Hoi An City at 3:40 a.m. on May 16. The two victims were identified as Denver Christophe Marcus (25 years old) and Thompson Peth May (24 years old) holding British citizen cards. The foreigners got the accident while they traveled by a motorbike from the city of Hoi An to Dien Nam Dong Ward, Dien Ban Town, Quang Nam Province. Right after receiving the information, the police of Hoi An City were at the scene for inspection and took the bodies of the two foreigners to the morgue of Hoi An General Hospital. VND1.098 trillion to upgrade Nha Trang – Saigon railway section
