Pink Hat Day calls for hair donations to support breast cancer patients
A yoga warrior photo gallery will be displayed at the Pink Hat Day event on Sunday at the Crescent Mall in HCM City’s District 7. Viet Nam News HCM CITY — The annual Pink Hat Day which will take place this Sunday at Crescent Mall in HCM City’s District 7 is calling for hair donations to support breast cancer patients. The fund-raising event with the theme “Be a Warrior, Not a Worrier” is part of the activities organised by the Breast Cancer Network Việt Nam (BCNV) to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October. The BCNV expects to get 1,000 hair sets, which will be used to produce wigs for cancer patients nationwide. The event will feature a series of activities, including outdoor yoga and yoga music with the participation of 200 people, Zumba dancing, and body painting.
