Vietnamese sports delegation set to return home on Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner
The Boeing 787-10 Dreamline is the largest and most modern aircraft of the national airline’s fleet and will ensure a comfortable space for athletes on their return journey. Furthermore, Vietnam Airlines is also poised to organise a congratulatory party for the Vietnamese sports delegation during the flight with meals and drinks which are in line with business class standards. Since the beginning of the SEA Games 30, the airline has arranged a total of 10 direct flights between Vietnam and the Philippines, the equivalent of over 2,500 seats, aimed at serving the Vietnamese sports delegation and fans heading to the event. Expert urges for more flexible visa policy for Vietnam tourism takeoff
A friendly visa policy is among major reasons to help boost the Vietnamese tourism development, said Kenneth Atkinson, vice president of Tourism Advisory Board (TAB). He made the suggestion at the Vietnam Travel and Tourism Summit held in Hanoi Monday.
