The event was attended by Director of the General Department of Political Affairs General Luong Cuong, Chief of the General Staff and Deputy Defense Minister Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong, among others. Reportedly, under the leadership of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense (MND), the whole-military has maintained combat readiness, managed the sky, the sea and the land, and promptly dealt with emerging situations. The military has collaborated with the public security force, sent troops and vehicles to help flood-affected people in Northern and North Central Coast provinces. On the other hands, the training work has been directed closely, with the focus on examining training quality of the first period, training teams participating to the International Army Games in 2022, and new recruits.
