Hepza to publicize second list of polluting companies By Van Nam - The Saigon Times Daily HCMC - Hepza, an agency that oversees export processing and industrial zones in HCMC, is preparing to publicize a second list of companies which have been found to cause serious environmental pollution. "The second list of environmental polluters is expected to come out some time next week after Hepza released the first list of 26 environmental polluters late last month to raise awareness of the issue," Ngo Anh Tuan, vice head of Hepza told the Daily. Former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg will return as head of Bloomberg LP, the data and financial news company he founded, replacing Daniel Doctoroff who has decided to step aside, the company said on Wednesday. Bloomberg LP, in which Bloomberg is the majority shareholder, said Doctoroff would step aside as president and chief executive at year-end.
