It got 80 million visits in 24 hours as users from across the region shopped from millions of deals on December 12. The company did not reveal market-wise figures. Pine Kyaw, managing director of Shopee Vietnam, said: “Year after year we continue to see more users from both big and small cities buying and selling a wide variety of items. Vinh Phuc invests 8.2 million USD in upgrading bridges

The project is aimed at gradually completing the provincial transport system, contributing to ensuring safety for people and vehicles, according to local authorities. It is also expected to help contribute to the province’s agricultural and rural mechanisation efforts, creating better conditions for farmers to transport equipment and machinery for agricultural production. The bridges cross canals in Lap Thach, Tam Duong, Vinh Tuong and Binh Xuyen districts. Around 22 bridges which are narrow and deteriorated will be upgraded. Malaysia’s palm oil prices unlikely to drop next year

(File photo: Reuters) Hanoi (VNA) - Analysts remain upbeat on palm oil prices next year after Malaysia's palm oil inventory fell to a three-month low in November and exports to China remained steady. MIDF Research said in a report that tight supply and expected strong demand from palm oil importing countries such as China would keep crude palm oil (CPO) prices to improve next year. It anticipated CPO prices to trend higher at 2,450 and 2,600 ringgit per tonne in 2020 and 2021, respectively. The year-to-date average CPO price stayed at about 2,070 ringgit per tonne, which was within its target CPO price of 2,090 ringgit per tonne this year.
