In September, 2019, Wang Qing Lin illegally entered Vietnam to work. One month later, Lin was fined VND4 million (USD173.91) for not completing the necessary entry procedures as required. After returning to China, Wang Qing Lin was told by a man named Xiao Hua to join the online visual stock market. Being promised to receive the monthly payment of CNY5,000, Lin agreed with the deal.
