Doan Hong Trang, the winner of a beauty contest in the central region in 2016, will represent Vietnam at Miss Global 2022, which will be held in Bali, Indonesia, from June 1 to 11.
Doan Hong Trang to represent Vietnam at Miss Global 2022 in Indonesia
Born in 1995 in Binh Thuan Province, Trang is 1.73 metres tall with measurements of 86-60-92. She was in top 40 at Miss Universe Vietnam 2017.
Trang will leave for Indonesia on May 31. The final round of the contest is scheduled to take place on June 11.
Launched in 2011, Miss Global is a global beauty pageant for single women aged 18–35. The 2019 event attracted 74 beauties from countries and territories worldwide.
The 2022 contest is resumed following two years of interruption due to COVID-19 pandemic. It is expected to welcome contestants from more than 70 countries and territories around the globe.
