Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam expands talented leadership

Vietnam is one the fastest-growing economies in the world, with attractive opportunities for investors and occupiers of real estate. These new hires will ensure that clients have a strong, successful, and market-leading team on the ground to support their requirements across all asset classes.

Trang Bui is a highly talented commercial real estate executive, with a strong market profile, deep client relationships, and expertise across all asset classes over the past 16 years in Vietnam. Over the course of her impressive career, Trang has held numerous leadership positions with international property firms, including most recently with JLL.

As general manager, Trang will have management responsibilities for the business with a focus on the transactional services lines, business activities across the market, and strategic initiatives for the Vietnam office to enhance business development and transaction opportunities.

In addition to Trang, some other high-ranking team members include Stephen Higgins, executive director and head of Capital Markets.

Higgins is regarded as one of the most successful capital-market professionals in the Vietnamese market and has been involved in a large number of major transactions throughout the country in both direct real estate and capital raisings. Higgins' appointment will help expand and grow the capital markets business within Vietnam and across Asia-Pacific.

Cuc Le was assigned to be the director and head of Valuations & Advisory Services. Cuc has over 12 years of experience providing valuation advice to both domestic and global investors. In this role, Cuc will lead a team of talented valuation and advisory professionals to deliver world-class services within Vietnam.

Besides these additions, Xuan Pham was assigned as senior director and head of marketing. Xuan has over 10 years of experience in real estate and is a market leader in marketing and strategic business development. Joining Cushman & Wakefield from JLL Vietnam, Xuan's experience in both local and international markets will ensure greater brand visibility and business development support to the company's operations.
