Novaland cooperates with prestigious agents to deliver real estate projects

Giant property developer Novaland Group on Friday has cooperated with a number of prestigious distribution agents to bring better services and information about its projects to customers around the country. The contracts are part of its plan to develop a distribution system to meet the increasing demand from customers who want to buy its products. By the end of this year it plans to have 50 distribution agents. After 28 years of development Novaland is now one of the biggest developers in the country with over 40 residential projects in key areas in HCM City with products ranging from apartment and villa to shopthouse and office-tel units. This is the third year in its second phase business strategy in which it is focusing on mid-level and high-end projects with three key produc lines: residental projects in the central part of HCM City, township projects in its satellite areas and hospitality property projects in tourism areas like Can Tho, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Phan Thiet City and Cam Ranh.
