Speaking at the ceremony, Vuong Duy Bien, Deputy-Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism emphasized that the festival aims to create a playground for artists to exchange and learn experiences from one another, improve quality art performances and meet the public’s constant demand for enjoying art performances.

This was also an opportunity for management agencies to detect constraints and obstacles in order to provide reasonable orientations for the development of modern Vietnamese theatres in the coming time.
