Photo by VnExpress/Ngoc Thanh Vietnamese and Korean lawmakers will play a football match this week to celebrate Vietnam’s 2018 AFF Cup win under coach Park Hang-seo. According to The Korea Herald, the match will be played during a four-day visit to Vietnam by 25 Korean MPs starting January 17 to boost relations between the two parliaments. Park became the head coach of the Vietnamese national and U23 football teams in November 2017. The match will be played January 18 at Hang Day Stadium in Hanoi. This will be the Koreans’ first match with lawmakers from any other country except Japan. For the Vietnamese legislators it will be the first ever football match against counterparts from another country.
