An ill widow in Ha Tinh Province is calling for financial support to help her treat kidney problems and cover study fees for her daughters after the sudden death of her husband. Bui Thi Phuong, 35, said she was very happy when she got married in 2003 and when her first daughter was born. In 2008, she was diagnosed with kidney failure and gave birth to her youngest daughter when her health improved four years later.
