Seref Ozalp, the newly appointed -executive chef of InterContinental Nha Trang Chef Ozalp brings a wealth of experience gained over twenty years working alongside Michelin Star chefs and has cooked for the Dutch and Saudi royal families, the family of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and presidents and governors the world over. He uses his British and Mediterranean heritage to deliver inspired menus with passion and draws on his extensive travels to inject culinary diversity into his creations.
