In five games against Myanmar throughout the history of AFF Cup, Vietnam won four, draw one, scored 18 goals and only conceded six goals. Vietnam now stands second position in group A with six points from two games. Opponents Myanmar top the table with better goal stats after winning their first two games against Laos and Cambodia. Coach Park Hang-seo said Myanmar is a strong opponent and the game will be difficult. His colleague Antoine Hey has aimed for a win.
