Khanh Hoa province People’s Committee has just issued a plan to organize the 9th Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Sea Festival, which takes place from May 11 to 14, 2019. Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province. The festival aims to promote the cultural value of Vietnam, particularly Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa. According to the plan, the opening ceremony of the festival and the 2019 National Tourism Year is scheduled to be held on the evening of May 11 while the closing ceremony will be on May 14.
