Accordingly, they include four basic contents, namely Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW “Some issues on continuing renovation and rearranging and streamlining the apparatus of the political system for effective and efficient operation”; Resolution No. 19-NQ/TW “On continuing renovation of the organizational and management system, improvement of quality and efficiency of public non-productive units”; Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW “On strengthening the protection and improvement of people’s health in the new period”; and Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW “On population work in the new period.” Major General Tran Van Vuong speaking at the event Major General Tran Van Vuong, Director of the Department of Politics under the GDP, underlined the importance of these resolutions in dealing with many major issues including both fundamental and urgent ones.
